2. Prices / Shipping costs Netherlands and Belgium
All prices are Euro-Net prices and are ex warehouse Ettlingen/Germany or directly from the manufacturer's warehouse, and are without addition of the statutory tax and without packaging, shipping, and freight insurance surcharges.
Shipping Costs – 48-Hour Delivery
- Shipping costs for telephone/email order to NL + BE are: 9,90 € per 30 kg.
- Shipping costs for internet orders (via our web shop) to NL + BE are: 9,90 € per 30 kg.
Shipping Costs – 24-Hour Express Delivery (Orders placed before 1:00 p.m.; subject to availability)
- Shipping costs for telephone/email order to NL + BE are: 14,90 € per 30 kg.
- Shipping costs for internet orders (via our web shop) to NL + BE are: 14,90 € per 30 kg.
2.1 Prices and Shipping Costs for other EU countries
Shipping rates for deliveries to EU countries other than the Netherlands and Belgium are available upon request.
Exceptions are items for which it is explicitly stated in the online shop that they are transported on a pallet. These items are dispatched by the pallet; transport charges for these are based on weight and postcode. 19" cabinets, heavy UPS systems, furniture, and other items that cannot be dispatched in a box are also delivered by special transport. Transport costs for these consignments are available on request.
Delivery of goods in 24/48 hours (DPD shipment), pallets 24/72 hours.
The invoice is drawn up on the basis of the transport price applicable on that day.
2.2 Prices / Shipping costs United kingdom
All prices are Euro-Net prices and are ex warehouse Ettlingen/Germany, and are without addition of the statutory tax and without packaging, shipping, and freight insurance surcharges.
All orders will be charged with shipping/handling costs, 35,00 euro per 25kg.
Minimum order amount is 250,00 euro, when you order less than 250 euro we will charge 20,00 euro minimum order costs.
Please note that you will likely have to pay import duties to UK Customs for your order to the United Kingdom.
The carrier, UPS, will pass on the import charges to you; you can pay these online via the UPS website using the tracking details, or upon delivery at your door.
Delivery of goods within approximately 1 week (UPS shipment), pallets within 1–2 weeks (Dachser freight forwarder).
The invoice will be issued based on the transport rate applicable on that day.
3. Minimum order value / Small order surcharge
The minimum order amount is 25 €. For orders with a smaller order amount, a minimum order surcharge of € 5.10 will be charged.
Minimum order amount for orders to the UK are 250,00 euro, when you order less than 250 euro we will charge 20,00 euro minimum order costs.
4. Delivery and service
SECOMP will do its best to avoid any delays in deliveries. However, the purchaser is entitled to set SECOMP a delivery period of four weeks before the delivery of the delayed goods. If the goods are not delivered within the stipulated period, the buyer can cancel the order. Partial deliveries are permitted and count as an independent service. Deviation from the ordered service is only permitted if the buyer agrees. Dimensions, drawings and images in SECOMP documentation are not binding.
5. Shipment risk
With the handover of the goods to the executing carrier, all risks are transferred to the buyer. If the buyer requests it in writing, the goods will be insured at his/her expense.
6. Terms of Payment
Payments must be made without deductions within 30 days of the invoice date, credit cards and checks are not accepted. In the event of a delay, SECOMP is entitled, in addition to default interest, to charge a reminder costs surcharge in the amount of €15. In the case of a first order, SECOMP reserves the right to send the goods against payment in advance. The exercise of a right of retention is excluded, unless the counterclaim has been legally established or recognized by SECOMP.
7. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of SECOMP until full payment. A further distribution of the reserved goods is only permitted in the context of a business transaction. The joint claims arising from a further division are transferred by the buyer to SECOMP, which undertakes to release any part of the outstanding claim that exceeds its own by more than 20%.
8. Warranty service
In the event of an incorrect delivery, SECOMP is, at its option, obliged to take back the product or to deliver a replacement product. Any other service liability is excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SECOMP shall not be liable in any way for any claim due to incorrect delivery or for lost profits of the buyer. An incorrect delivery of goods must be reported by the buyer within 10 days of receipt. After this period of time has expired, it is no longer possible to make a claim. In observance of the intended right to improvement, for example exchange, the customer returns the product with a precise description of the complaint with a copy of the original invoice to SECOMP at his own expense. If the product does not appear to be defective after inspection, the buyer will receive a refund of an inspection surcharge of € 25 with added VAT and shipping costs.
9. Warranty
9.1 SECOMP Products
SECOMP takes over the warranty for demonstrable material and production errors for the duration of 12 months from the time of delivery of the delivered products. SECOMP is hereby again obliged, at its own discretion, with return or subsequent delivery. If SECOMP declares that the improvement or replacement delivery is not possible, the customer can choose between an improved purchase price (reduction) or the cancellation of the order.
9.2 VALUE Products
of delivered products, SECOMP takes over the warranty for demonstrable material and production errors for a period of 24 months from the time of delivery. SECOMP is hereby again obliged, at its own discretion, with return or subsequent delivery. If SECOMP declares that the improvement or replacement delivery is not possible, the customer can choose between an improved purchase price (reduction) or the cancellation of the order.
9.3 ROLINE Products
For the computer accessories offered under the brand Roline, SECOMP gives a five-year functional guarantee especially for the product properties. The warranty only applies to technical functional properties that have remained the same as they were at the time of purchase. A claim under the functional guarantee can only be made if the claimant can demonstrate the relevant goods with the original invoice to the company SECOMP. SECOMP is obligated in case of warranty at its option by means of. return or by a replacement delivery, for example by delivery of an equivalent replacement product. If SECOMP declares that the improvement or replacement delivery is not possible, the customer can demand a reduction of the sales price.
The five-year warranty does not apply to telephone accessories, 19'' Server systems, LED lighting, consumables, power supplies, wearable parts such as fans and other mechanical moving parts.
The warranty provisions listed under numbers 9.1 and 9.2 and 9.3 do not relate to defects caused by natural wear and tear, aging or contamination, negligence of user instructions such as intervention by the customer or third parties, which has been done without written permission from SECOMP.
10. Liability
SECOMP can only be held liable for damage of any nature (injury, property damage or consequential damage, such as trading loss, etc.) and/or arising from explicit obligations, such as obligations included in the contract negotiations or which are owed by the organisation. you or your designated person suffered damage through gross negligence. The replacement claim is limited in amount to the value of the delivered goods.
11. Privacy
11.1 For a fast and error-free processing of your order, personal data is stored in our IT servers. The processed data is processed in accordance with the EU-AVR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the Telemedia Act.
11.2 For the purpose of credit checks and credit monitoring, we will exchange data with a credit insurer.
To determine the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship, we collect or use probability values, including, among other things, address data.

12. Place of Performance and Jurisdiction
Place of performance of deliveries and payments, as place of jurisdiction of both parts is 76275 Ettlingen in Germany.
SECOMP is always entitled to adjust or revise the general terms and conditions of the above text. If one or more of the terms and conditions referred to in this text are not or not fully enforceable, the other terms and conditions will remain in force.
