Das komplett ausgestattete APC Back-UPS PRO kann auf dem Boden, unter dem Monitor oder in einem Regal aufgestellt werden. Sechs batteriegepufferte Ausgänge mit automatischer Spannungsregulierung (AVR) ermöglichen auch bei häufigen Spannungsabfällen und Unterspannungen ein unterbrechungsfreies Arbeiten für 5/16 Minuten. Für Drucker und andere Geräte, die keine Daten speichern oder verarbeiten, sind zwei weitere Ausgänge mit Überspannungsschutz vorhanden. Ein Überspannungsschutz für Ethernet 10/100BaseT-und Telefonleitungen schützt gegen Überspannungen, die über das Netzwerk übertragen werden. Die Software PowerChute Personal Edition ermöglicht einen komfortablen System-Shutdown mit modernsten Power-Management-Funktionen.
