Der VS98A ist ein Grafik-Splitter, der nicht nur das VGA-, XGA-, SVGA-, UXGA-, oder Multisync-Grafiksignal verachtfacht, sondern das Signal auch noch so verstärkt, dass es über Entfernungen von bis zu 65 m übertragen werden kann. Er lässt sich in Reihe schalten, sodass bis zu 512 Bildschirme angeschlossen werden können und unterstützt eine Bandbreite von bis zu 300 MHz. Somit eignet sich der VS98A optimal zur Übertragung von Information an die Öffentlichkeit, zur Überwachung des Arbeitsumfeldes von einem sicheren Ort aus oder zur Übertragung hochqualitativer Bildsignale für das Mitarbeitertraining oder sonstige Schulungen.
