Der EX-SFP-2000 SFP-Transceiver ist ein hochleistungsfähiges, kostengünstiges Modul mit einer Datenrate von 1.25 Gbps und einer Übertragungsdistanz von bis zu 20 km über Singlemode Faser.

Der Transceiver besteht aus drei Teilen: einem Fabry-Pérot (FP) Lasersender, einer PIN-Photodiode, die mit einem Transimpedanz-Vorverstärker (TIA) integriert ist, und einer MCU-Steuereinheit.

Alle Module erfüllen die Anforderungen der Lasersicherheitsklasse I. Die Transceiver sind mit SFP Multi-Source Agreement (MSA) und SFF-8472 kompatibel.

  • Datenrate von 1.25 Gbps 1.063 Gbps (Fiber)
  • 1310nm FP-Laser und PIN-Photodetektor
  • Konform mit SFP MSA und SFF-8472 mit Duplex-LC-Buchse
  • Kompatibel mit SONET OC-24-LR-1
  • Digitale diagnostische Überwachung, interne oder externe Kalibrierung
  • 20 km Übertragung über Singlemode Faser
  • Erweiterter Betriebstemperaturbereich von -40°C bis +85°C
