New power ratings: 32 A and 63 A for three-phase RSP
The Rack Safety Plus is now also available in three-phase versions with 32 A and 63 A – for even more power in demanding applications. These models expand the existing 16 A variants and offer system designers maximum flexibility when planning high-performance systems.
Expanded output options for three-phase models (16 A and 32 A)
More choice on the output panel: the new variants offer a wide range of configurations such as 12x C13, 6x C13, 3x C19 (also lockable), 3x Schuko (type F) or 1x IEC 60309 (16 A / 32 A). This allows each system to be optimally adapted to individual requirements.
Integrated DC outputs
A new feature is the integration of additional DC outputs – 24 V DC (350 W) and optional 5 V DC (32.5 W) and 12 V DC (54 W). This reduces the need for external power supplies and simplifies cable management in the rack.
Optimised form factor for 63 A models
The 63 A version now uses 4 U instead of 3 U, offering more power, stability and advanced safety features.
Ideal for hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing
With the new three-phase 32 A and 63 A versions, nVent SCHROFF underscores its commitment to meeting the growing power requirements of modern HIL test environments. The advanced Rack Safety Plus (RSP) combines high performance with maximum safety, flexibility and reliability. In increasingly complex test systems, RSP offers a future-proof solution that ensures robust protection and seamless integration into demanding test infrastructures.
