The 8-port GREENnet Gigabit PoE+ Switch, model TPE-TG44g, from TRENDnet transmits data and power over existing Ethernet cables, reducing material and installation costs. This unmanaged switch features four Gigabit PoE+ ports and four non-PoE Gigabit ports. The IEEE 802.3at PoE+ standard provides up to 30 watts of power per port for devices such as high-performance wireless access points, pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) Internet cameras, or VoIP phone systems.

The automatic detection technology supplies 802.3at PoE+ compliant devices (maximum 2 devices) with 30 watts, 802.3af PoE devices (maximum 4 devices) with 15 watts, and non-PoE devices with data only. GREENnet technology reduces standby power consumption by up to 75%. Increase network performance and eliminate bottlenecks with a total switching capacity of 16 Gbps. LED indicators display device status for easy troubleshooting. Housed in a durable metal enclosure, this switch allows you to quickly integrate PoE+, PoE, and non-PoE devices into your network.
